Job Description
Functional Skills:
1.12-15 years' Experience in General Accounting & Reporting
2.Coordinate work with SS team. SPOC for all Controllership functions, acting as a bridge between the onshore team and SS team
3.General Ledger Accounting + Reporting
4.Payroll – Monthly Journal booking, Reconciling the Deductions against payments.
5.Reconciliations – Bank + IC Recons + Accruals + Prepayments + Fixed Assets
6.Billing based on T&M or Fixed rate contracts.
7.T&E - Verifying and processing employee expenses
8.Month end close – booking manual journal vouchers, Adjustment journals, Revenue & Cost Accruals, Cost Allocations. Ledger close.
+.Profit & Loss variance analysis
10,Supporting the onshore Finance Controller with reports and tasks when required
11.Process Transition Experience for GL Scope. Should have travelled to onsite location for Process Transition. UK travel is preferred.
• Other Skills:
1.Basic Graduation in Commerce with Inter CA / ICWA.
2.Can be in a team lead or SME position.
3.Knowledge of any ERP system like SAP, Oracle. Working Experience in Net Suite will be preferred.
4.Fluent in English
5.Working knowledge of MS Office products – Excel, Word, Outlook
6.Based in Bangalore
