Job Title: Senior Executive Human Resources
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior Executive.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and handling day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to selection, ensuring timely closure of open positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
• Provide exceptional support to employees by addressing their queries and concerns related to HR policies and coordination.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team events.
HR Operations & Administration:
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements and HR best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on HR experience with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and experience using job portals (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
