COAL processes Asset-Based Orders served on JP Morgan Chase by restraining customers' funds and other assets held by the bank. The court system/government agencies issue a variety of orders to collect on debts or money judgments based on statutory terms and procedures. Money judgments are the result of a lawsuit or other debt default process where a judge or jury find in favor of the plaintiff (third-party) and award damages from the defendant (JPMC customer). Government agencies will also issue levies ordering asset restraint for child support, delinquent taxes or other customer defaulted debts. Law enforcement will seek to restrain or seize assets for violation
The role involves variety of Operations functions centered on the processing of data and documentation including document processing, transaction processing, remittance processing and Payout activities. These roles may involve the physical and electronic handling of information.
As a Transaction Specialist III You Will
• Completes document indexing, manage Exceptions Queues
• Handles routine documentation reviews
• Monitors document review reject queues for exceptions
• Prepares documents for retention
• Corrects document review exceptions
• Interprets and makes decisions based on legal documentation
• Performs inquiries and affirms transaction details, as needed
• Act as Subject Matter Expert assist team during New Hire Training, Cross Training and Process and procedure reviews
• Manage one off analysis, Query handling, Buddying up with new hires, Low performers etc
Qualification
• Bachelors Degree.
• Data Entry & 10-key experience required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient MS office Skills
• Eye for detail with time management Skills
• Customer centric approach
