Job Description
As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional service and ensuring the effective coordination of visits and day‑to‑day office activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Managing and coordinating customer and staff visits, including itineraries, hospitality, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
Acting as a central point of contact for all visit‑related needs and maintaining a clear, centralised system for tracking upcoming visits.
Preparing meeting rooms, organising refreshments, and supporting wider office administration including room bookings and post handling
Managing the switchboard and incoming calls to ensure efficient communication across the business.
General office admin including working on excel
We are looking for someone who is:
An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
Skilled in administration and IT, particularly confident using Excel.
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Customer‑focused, friendly, and approachable.
Proactive in solving problems and supporting others.
Hours: 39 hours per week, 8am - 4:30pm(Mon-Thu)/8am - 3:30pm(Fri)
