• Understand the needs and goals of potential students and provide personalized guidance on suitable data science and machine learning educational programs.
• Effectively communicate the curriculum, benefits, and career prospects associated with our courses to prospective students.
• Provide detailed information about course content, instructors, learning outcomes, and prerequisites to assist students in making informed decisions.
• Address questions and concerns related to program features, admission requirements, tuition fees, and available financial aid options.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, data science advancements, and machine learning applications to position our programs competitively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine sales strategies and promotional materials that resonate with the target audience.
• Document and track interactions and inquiries using our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
