Collaborating with other teachers and staff members to ensure that the academic programs are aligned with the school's vision and goals. Managing and supervising the academic staff to ensure that they are delivering quality education to students. Conducting regular assessments and evaluations of academic programs to ensure their effectiveness. Analyzing student data to identify areas of improvement and develop plans to address them. Facilitating professional development opportunities for teachers and staff members to enhance their teaching skills. Communicating with parents and other stakeholders about academic programs and student progress. Maintaining accurate academic records and reports for students and staff. Coordinating and organizing school events and activities related to academics. Ensuring that the school is in compliance with state and federal regulations related to education. Overall, your role as an academic coordinator at Iris Florets will be to ensure that the school's academic programs are of high quality and that students are receiving the education they need to succeed.
