Job Description
Handling Inquiries:
Respond to inquiries from parents and prospective students regarding academic programs, courses, admission processes, and other relevant details.
Provide guidance to parents and students, helping them understand program offerings, timelines, fees, and any other academic-related concerns.
Act as the primary point of contact for parents and students throughout their academic journey.
Lead Generation:
Actively make outbound calls to generate leads by reaching out to potential students and parents.
Promote the institution's programs and services to increase enrollment and drive prospective students to enroll.
Convert leads into admissions by addressing concerns, answering questions, and guiding them through the application process.
Follow up on leads to increase conversion rates, ensuring prospective students have all the information they need to make an informed decision.
Sales and Incentives:
Meet or exceed lead generation and conversion targets set by the management.
Maintain a positive and engaging approach with leads to encourage them to enroll in the institution’s academic programs.
Receive incentives for successful lead conversions, with commissions or bonuses based on performance.
Student Attendance and Homework Monitoring:
Maintain accurate records of student attendance for each class, ensuring that all students are regularly attending their lessons.
Monitor and follow up on homework assignments, ensuring students complete and submit their work on time.
Communicate with parents regarding their child’s attendance, homework progress, and any academic concerns.
Keep track of students' academic performance and provide guidance to help them improve or stay on track.
Counseling and Guidance:
Provide academic counseling to students based on their performance, learning needs, and goals.
Help students with course selection, time management, and setting academic goals to ensure their success.
Support students in overcoming academic challenges and provide guidance for their academic growth.
Student and Parent Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students by providing ongoing support and updates regarding academic progress.
Schedule parent-teacher meetings and follow up with parents about their child’s academic progress, attendance, and areas of improvement.
Handle concerns or issues raised by parents in a professional and timely manner.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all communications with leads, students, and parents, including phone calls, meetings, and follow-up actions.
Provide regular updates to the management regarding the status of lead conversion, student attendance, homework submissions, and academic performance.
Ensure that all documentation related to student progress is complete and up-to-date.
