About the Company:
We provide Hybrid Home Tutoring Platform for Class Pre-primary to 12th, all Subjects, all Boards. Our focus is on making the child understand each and every concept by matching the 'pace of learning' or his/her grasping speed while teaching. Strength and weaknesses of the student are identified and guidance is provided for enhancing the strength and working towards the weaknesses. We handle parents and tutors and arrange home tuition for students. We are in the process of making 'YUVA' a brand in the EdTech space by focusing on the overall development of a child.
Job Role Description:
We are looking for Student Co-ordinator (SC) to make sure that Home Tuitions conducted by our Teachers at various places in Navi Mumbai are going smoothly and we are up-to-date on Student’s academic progress. At the same time SC must be able to give excellent experience to Parents, Students & Teachers when it comes to resolving their issues, giving out timely solutions, planning & taking action to make sure that there is a progress in the student’s academic etc.
Responsibilities:
Selected counsellor’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interacting on call with Parents, Students & Teachers on regular interval for doubt solving, general counselling & student’s progress feedback
2. Understanding the issues faced by Parents, Students or Teachers and providing timely solutions to them, so that Home Tuitions of our enrolled students are going smoothly, in order to achieve academic progress of the student
3. Conducting Tests (online), assignments (etc.), updating the records in computer
4. Assisting the seniors in student’s academic progress related works
5. Data Handling, Maintaining & Analysis
Key Skills: English Proficiency (spoken), English Proficiency (written), Hindi Proficiency (spoken), Interpersonal Skills, Management Skills, Highly organized and mature candidate with respect to human relationships and can get the job done, Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) etc.
Job Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:30am to 7pm

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
