The Executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making calls, continuously updating our database, and meeting sales targets.
To be successful as an Academic Counselor you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch Academic Counsellor should be able to build rapport with candidates and close the deal.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Achieving the set sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
• Handling candidate’s questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database and student database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
• Research colleges, universities to develop leads for placement partners.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Graduation is a must.
• Candidates with interest in digital marketing will be an added advantage
• Excellent service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales programs.
• Good convincing and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about sales and learning new things everyday
