Experience: Minimum 1 Year Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical
Key Requirements:
Knowledge of PM KUSUM Scheme (Component B)
Understanding of solar pump systems & agriculture sector
Experience in solar / electrical panel / agri equipment industry
Basic knowledge of solar pump controllers, VFD & electrical panels
Experience in government tenders & subsidy documentation (preferred)
Ability to coordinate with DISCOM, agriculture department & local authorities
Strong field sales experience in rural areas
Good communication in Hindi & local language
Ability to generate leads from farmers, dealers & distributors
Ready for frequent field travel
