• Proton was founded in August 2013, as a training academy for Entrance Test Prep with a philosophy of providing personal attention to every student. Even today, after seven glorious years of its existence, Proton is following the same principles.
• Proton has a team of highly qualified professionals with the passion for teaching, mentoring and shaping the lives and careers of many students. Proton has a Horizontal organization structure, i.e. students and other associates are directly connected to each other, and also to the Head of the organization. This has helped in addressing the concerns of all the students/stakeholders in much better way.
• At proton Center, one can expect vibrant and fun-filled atmosphere at Proton. Students are allowed to study in their groups along with their favorite drink Coffee! The courses are available in Classroom Mode, Correspondence Mode and in the Test Series format.
• Proton has recently started Proton Pro School which offers Vocational Courses like Digital Marketing, Share Trading, Soft Skills, etc.

• Take Verbal ability sessions for Indian MBA Entrance Exams, BBA Entrance Exams, GRE, GMAT and Placement Training Program
• Take Soft Skill Sessions
• Mentor and guide students during and after the session
• Contribute towards Content Development / Enhancement
• Take GD/PI Sessions
• Desired Candidate Profile
• 3+ years of teaching experience for any of CAT, GRE, GMAT exams
• Having Master's Degree in Literature will be an added advantage
• Fresher's with acceptional skills will also be considered
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent Presentation skill
• Ability to Mentor students
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Should be willing to travel in city
