We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Academic Manager to manage and run our centre in Jaipur.

Job Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur (onsite)
Must have
A bachelor’s degree in Maths/Science
3 to 5 years of teaching experience in a coaching centre/education sector
Excellent classroom management skills
Excellent facilitation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent people management skills.
Preferred
A post-graduate degree in Maths/Science
B.Ed/M.Ed
MS Office Skills
Content writing skills
Creative skills
Roles and Responsibilities
Plan, prepare and deliver lessons for competitive exams, CBSE/ICSE board students.
Create curriculum, session plan for different modules.
Roll out weekly/fortnightly assessments to assess understanding and progress.
Create action plans – “the road ahead”, give constructive feedback based on assessment scores.
Prepare progress report for each student.
Use various techniques to make sessions fun and interesting.
As a subject matter expert, work with the Instructional Designers to create interactive and meaningful delivery content.
Work towards creating and implementing effective marketing and branding strategies.
Work towards building a team to manage day to day operations.
