We are seeking an Academic Head to join our team in Asia, working remotely as part of our global and fast-growing company.
The ideal candidate should be an experienced educator with at least a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, holding a valid teaching qualification certificate, and possessing exceptional communication skills. Additionally, they should have a proven track record of academic management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate Academic Standards: Ensure that all academic programmes meet the required standards.
• Programme Evaluation: Regularly assess and evaluate the effectiveness of our academic programmes.
• Assessments and Inspections: Conduct thorough assessments and inspections to monitor programme performance.
• Development of Evaluation Plans: Create plans to improve programme effectiveness.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with related departments to manage teacher demo classes, inductions, and employment processes.
• Recommendations for Improvement: Provide recommendations for improvement programmes to enhance academic performance.
• Programme Effectiveness: Monitor the effectiveness of our academic programmes on a regular basis.
• Academic Performance: Oversee and monitor academic performances.
• Implementation of Academic Policies: Implement and enforce academic policies.
• Support for Academic Research: Provide support for academic research initiatives.
