Sapience Publications is looking forward to hiring an Academic Trainer to train teachers and support other educational activities.
Role: Academic Trainer
Domain : Education
Location: Chennai-onsite (Must be open to travelling outside Chennai)
Experience: 3+ years
Salary: upto 8LPA
6 days work week
(Accommodation and petrol allowance will be provided by the organisation during outstation travel)
Responsibilities:
• To train the teachers based on our curriculum.
• Travel across places(schools) to meet the needs of clients with flexibility and passion.
• To retain the existing schools.
Skills & Requirements:
• Post graduation preferably.
• Sound knowledge of Phonics.
• 2+ years of experience as a trainer in curriculum-related industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Two-wheeler or four wheeler.
• Proficiency in Telugu is preferable.
