About Strive Academics
Strive Academics is a modern, Australian-based education technology company on a mission to reshape learning for K–12 students and aspiring medical students. Built by high-achieving students, educators, and tech-forward thinkers, we blend elite tutoring with digital innovation to deliver personalised academic support.
We started as a grassroots tutoring initiative in 2020 and have grown into a national education provider—specialising in K–12 subject tutoring, UCAT preparation, and medical school interview coaching. Each year, hundreds of students trust Strive to help them reach their academic and career goals. And we’re just getting started. We're looking for tutors who can guide students not only in mastering the content, but in developing the skills to learn independently.

We do the advertising at no cost to you – You’ll be listed on our website, and we’ll invest in marketing to help students find and choose you—no risk, no cost. On average, we spend $50–$300 per tutor per year on advertising. That’s how committed we are to your success.

Pay
Earn $35–$65 per hour, depending on subject and experience. Our tiered structure helps you grow your income, and we plan on increasing rates when our platform launches in mid-2026.
Pay increases are available as you grow with us.
About You
A university student, recent high-achiever, experienced tutor, or qualified teacher
A top 3% ATAR
Comfortable in establishing rapport with people
Excellent communicator with a passion for education
Tech-savvy and organised
Available 3+ hours per week, with a minimum ongoing
Hold or willing to obtain a Working With Children Check
Able to commit for at least 12 months
Able to tutor for most weeks of the school year
Subjects We’re Hiring For
Years K–10 – English, Maths, Science
Years 11–12 – SACE, QCE, VCE, HSC, WACE, IB (All subjects)
Specialist Areas – UCAT & Medical Interviews
