Innovher is seeking a dynamic and proactive Acceleration Manager to join our team. In this, you'll work closely with the startups, providing guidance and facilitating connections to mentors, service providers, and funding opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main POC for a portfolio of onboarded startups, offering regular reviews and support.
• Support the execution of acceleration cohorts and outreach efforts for campus incubators.
• Assist startups in securing funding by engaging with investors and financial institutions.
• Coordinate with social media and public relations teams to create engaging content and manage posts and publications related to Innovher’s initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Proven experience in startup acceleration, business development, or a similar role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and investment landscape is a plus
