Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)
Full-time, 40/hour per week
Pay starts at $15 an hour with increases available based on performance.
Locations available: Morristown and Newport, TN, In-Person

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for processing incoming calls to ensure patient access to healthcare services.
• Schedule patient appointments in a timely manner.
• Verify patient insurance information and eligibility prior to appointments.
• Work closely with providers, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care for patients.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Experience in similar roles preferred but not required.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
