Job description, work day and responsibilities

We are looking for an Accounts administrator to manage our client's day to day transactions, quotes, and work order.

Qualifications:
• Pursuing B.com / BBA / M.com
• Freshers can apply

Responsibility

· Process daily work orders / quotes for logistic company

· Managing daily payment request process

· To manage daily incoming emails from vendors/Account payables

· Accounting and Operations Data entry task

Required Skill

· Must be able to Read and Write English

· Hands-on experience with accounting software (Like Tally, GST)

· Knowledge & Experience of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)

· Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors

· Good organizational and time-management abilities
