### Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching & Curriculum Development:
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons in accountancy and business studies to students at various levels.
- Create and update curriculum materials that reflect current industry standards and practices.
- Utilize diverse teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and needs.
- Student Assessment & Support:
- Evaluate and assess student performance through assignments, exams, and practical exercises.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding and skills.
- Offer academic support and mentorship to students, guiding them in their career and academic choices.
- Professional Development:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in accounting and business education.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to departmental meetings and activities.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues and administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of the department.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other community activities.
### Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, business management, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
### Preferred Experience:
- Prior teaching experience at the high school or college level.
- Professional experience in the accounting or business sector.
- Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching platforms.
