Job Title: Account Consultant
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Consultant to join our team at ttk-services-private-limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience handling company bookkeeping/accounting.
Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day transactions, making ledger entries
• Reconcile bank, credit card, inventory, and other ledger accounts (BRS)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Resolve bookkeeping discrepancies and coordinate with the Team Lead and Clients
• Generate reports from accounting software, including balance sheets, P&L accounts, and cash flow statements
Requirements:
• BCom / MCom / MBA degree
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping
• Good communication skills
• Customer-centric approach
• Planning and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Stress tolerance
• Must be a team player
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new things
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and basic Internet Research Skill
Added Advantage:
• Knowledge of working with QuickBooks, MYOB, or Xero accounting software and US GAAP
• Bookkeeping experience in an auditor firm (Chartered Accountant)
Note:
• This is a challenging role that requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
