Responsibilities:
Win and Onboard New Clients
Identify and pursue new business prospects.
Develop long-term loyal clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Research and identify potential leads.
Organize and manage pipeline opportunities.
Qualify prospective clients to ensure alignment with company goals.
Create and present compelling value propositions to potential clients.
Participate in competitive bidding processes to secure new business.
Close new business deals effectively.
Negotiate terms in the best interest of the company.
Meet and exceed sales targets and new business goals.
Ensure total customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Qualifications:
Honesty, competitiveness, and openness to coaching.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of fire protection systems and services.
3+ years of experience in a sales role within the industry.
Strong customer service focus and commitment to building long-lasting partnerships.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Familiarity with contracting maintenance services (any trade).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the fire protection industry (an asset but not mandatory).
Self-motivation, sense of urgency, and resilience in handling rejection.
Curiosity and coachability.
Ambition and motivation driven by financial rewards and personal growth.
