Job Title: Accounts Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Accounts Executive to manage the financial records of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial reports, managing accounting records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including maintaining financial records and preparing entries in accounting software.
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that payments and invoices are accurate and timely.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure that the company’s financial records are up to date.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Reporting knowledge
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.
Assist in the preparation for audits and liaise with auditors to ensure smooth processes.
Maintain proper filing systems for accounting records and other financial documentation.
Experience in Invoice pre-requisites
Good hands-on experience in Tally and Excel
Taxation and VAT:
Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.
Ensure compliance with VAT and other tax requirements.
Must know basic knowledge in GST, TDS
GST filing and returns
General Accounting Support:
Assist in processing payroll and related expenses.
Support senior finance staff in various accounting functions and projects as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: Proven experience in accounting or finance roles (typically 2-4 years).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Zoho books and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and ability to spot discrepancies.
Communication: Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
