Job Title: Account Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and proficiency in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries).
Prepare and maintain books of accounts up to finalization.
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain vendor/customer ledgers.
Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
Maintain and verify supporting documents for all transactions.
Ensure timely invoice processing, payments, and collections.
Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance role.
Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP software (knowledge of Excel & MS Office required).
Familiar with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
