Job Description
• Preparing accounts and tax returns and ensuring timely filing of returns of TDS & GST
• Monitoring spending and budgets
• Preparing invoices – purchase and sales
• Verifying and clearing expense claims
• Preparing tax calculation sheets
• Auditing and analyzing financial performance
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis
• Advising on how to reduce costs
• Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
• Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
• Keeping account books and systems up to date.
• Ensuring timely submission of PF, ESIC, Prof. Tax contributions, LWF etc.
• Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements
Qualifications and Experience -
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles / processes.
• Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
• Proactive, organized approach to multitasking and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional education, certifications, or experience is advantageous.
• Openness to handle administrative services and related fields / role.
• Professional appearance and courteous manner.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Tally and CRM tools etc.
