1} Experience of handling General ledgers, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Sales, billing etc
2} Proficiency in computer skills for data entry and knowledge of account software’s like Tally ERP +,Focus etc
3}Preparing weekly sales reports for presentation to the management.
4}Maintaining Petty Cash for office day to day management
5} Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement
6}Verifying, allocating postings and reconciling accounts payable and receivables
7} weekly & monthly MIS report
8} Drafting mails and official letters ti Banks and Vendors
+}Maintain fixed Assets Data and allocating the number.
