Job Title : Account Executive

Location : Ahmedabad

Qualification : B.Com/M.Com/CA

Experience : 1+ yrs

Working Days : Alternative Saturdays off (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

Working Hours : + Hours & 30 Minutes (Including 1 Hour Lunch Time)

About us :

Mantra Softech India Pvt Ltd (www.mantratec.com) is primarily into design, development, manufacturing and sales of biometric sensors for the Aadhaar ecosystem. The company’s key products are fingerprint sensors, iris sensors, biometric integrated handheld devices, tablets, Non payment PoS machines for authentication purposes. These devices are used by various government departments, financial services industry, and telecom industry for authentication of individuals using Aadhaar number for over 150 applications like KYC, AePS, land records, rent agreement registration, subsidy programmes, pension schemes, attendance, login to various portals, etc. These devices are certified by FBI and STQC thereby enabling sales of it for programmes like Aadhaar. Being FBI certified, these devices can be sold worldwide. The company has also developed fingerprint sensors of larger areas including FAP 60, which can be used for enrollment of biometrics for National ID programmes like Aadhaar. The company also does some exports to African countries. In terms of volumes, the company is the largest manufacturer of FAP 10 fingerprint sensors worldwide. In India the company has nearly 60% market share for authentication sensors. Almost all leading telecoms and financial service companies in India are customers of Mantra. The company also does system integration projects for government (including Indian defence) and private sector, where it provides security solutions using third party products. The company also distributes third party security products like attendance terminals, door locks, cameras. In 2020, the company has also started offering payment processing terminals like Android and mobile PoS. The company has about 700 employees across 7 offices in India, with Ahmedabad being head office.

Job Summary:-

· Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.

· Monthly GST Working.

· Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing

· Daily Stock maintains.

· Handling petty Cash Records.

· Send Quotation and Purchase Order by Busy software as per order.

· Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly

· Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS

· Knowledge about Central Excise Vat. This Vat is Exempted in Manufacturing Units.

· Handling to all Sales Tax & Income Tax work like C, H, and Forms Issue from the Sales Tax Department.

· Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting

· Prepare Salary Statement, PF Account, Worker Salary, Daily wages for Worker

· Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Desperation, Fixed Assets.

· Tally Erp.

Roles and Responsibilities :

· Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

· Update accounts receivable and issue invoices

· Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations

· Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

· Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned

· Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

· Prepare MIS and submit weekly/monthly reports

· Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

· Assist with other accounting projects

Required Skills :

· Proven experience as a junior accountant

· Excellent into Tally

· Hands on Experience into TDS Employee wise TDS Working & GST GSTR1, GSTR3B, GSTR2A & GSTR+.

· Excellent organizing abilities

· Great attention to detail

· Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen

· Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)
