Job Overview
We are hiring for the position of Account Executive at MS FINCAP PRIVATE LIMITED. This is a full-time role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and providing financial services to meet their needs. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience with budgeting and financial planning
• Must be having knowledge in Excel and Tally
Roles And Responsibilities
• Manage client accounts and develop strong relationships with customers
• Provide financial advice and solutions to clients based on their specific requirements
• Analyze and evaluate financial data to assess the creditworthiness of potential clients
• Negotiate terms and conditions for loan agreements and other financial services
• Monitor and manage loan portfolios to ensure timely repayment and minimize risk
• Stay updated with the latest financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Suggest and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization
