Timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive who will be responsible for managing accounts and financial transactions for our Ed-tech brand. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Accounts Executive and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports using accounting software.
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting issues or discrepancies.
Stay updated on relevant accounting principles, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
Provide support during audits and financial reviews, including preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
Assist in tax compliance activities, including filing returns and ensuring timely payments.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Well-groomed with a pleasing personality, representing the company professionally at all times.
