About the Role - Account Executive We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally ERP, GST compliance, TDS processing, and statutory compliances. This role requires a professional with accounting experience who can ensure accuracy in financial reporting while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP Prepare and file GST returns on a timely basis Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and deadlines Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies Process accounts payable and receivable Assist in payroll processing and related compliances Support during internal and external audits Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions Analyze financial data and provide insights to management Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field ; M.Com preferred 3-5 years of experience in accounting with proven expertise in Indian taxation Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP; Knowledge of other accounting software systems Thorough understanding of GST regulations and filing procedures Strong knowledge of TDS provisions and compliance requirements Experience in financial analysis and reporting Familiarity with audit procedures Experience with statutory compliances including income tax, PF, ESI, etc. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Location Mumbai Employment Type Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
