We're Hiring!!

Bella Designs, a leading interior design company. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who is beginning their career in accounting and eager to learn the day-to-day operations of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain and update day-to-day financial records (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.)
Assist in preparing invoices, credit notes, and payment receipts
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily transactions
Support the senior accounts team in month-end and year-end financial closings
Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records
Assist with GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment-related queries
Organize and file financial documents and records for auditing purposes
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role in Interior designing, real Estate or Construction based company.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
