In this pivotal role, you'll engage directly with clients, crafting tailor-made events while collaborating with catering and operations teams to bring visions to life. Your commitment to excellence ensures flawless execution, leaving a lasting impression on clients.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to sales inquiries within 24 hours, building trust and reliability.
Customize proposals and contracts to highlight our unique offerings.
Conduct site visits and consultations to ensure event plans align with client expectations.
Advise clients on venue selection, catering options, and entertainment recommendations.
Prepare and distribute event documentation such as order confirmations and floor plans.
Oversee on-site preparations, ensuring signage, cleanliness, and guest arrival coordination.
Serve as the primary client contact on event days, resolving concerns swiftly.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless coordination and operational efficiency.
Maintain event timelines and documentation in Momentus/UB CRM for smooth execution.
Track sales performance, refine strategies, and ensure financial accountability.
Lead venue representatives to ensure adherence to event protocols and client expectations.
Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer experiences and brand reputation.
What You Bring
Expertise in event planning and management from training or hands-on experience.
Knowledge of financial processes, deposits, payments, and budget tracking.
Understanding of project management principles for efficient event logistics.
Familiarity with event management software like Momentus/UB CRM.
Proficiency in office administration tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to foster relationships and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to consult with clients and stakeholders.
Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving abstract for operational mobility.
