About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on general bookkeeping
2 Work on book purchases, sales, bank, JV, and other accounting transactions using software
3. Make delivery challan for the movement of goods & raise an invoice as per the order of the client
4. Work on the reconciliation of accounting statements of clients and vendors
5. Manage the payable cycle as per the terms of payment
6. Process the payments for electricity, telephone, internet, other misc, vendors, etc.
7. Prepare bank reconciliation statements
8. Release purchase orders as per instructions received from the purchase department
+. Manage cash for site and office expenses
10. Work on computation and Payment of Compliances
11. Maintain digital and printed records of GST, TDS, professional tax, ROC, income tax, and all other legal compliance
12. Work on doing official communication with the vendors, clients, and other stakeholders for business transactions
Skills & Requirements:
1. Female candidate preferred
2. Bachelor's degree in accounts & finance is required
3. Good command of written and verbal English communication
4. Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally.ERP + and MS Office
5. General bookkeeping will be preferred
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Ahmedabad
