Role Objective
We are a fast-growing print solution group of companies specialising in delivering high‑quality print services to clients across a wide range of industries, and looking for a self-motivated, customer focused Account Executive (Junior) to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is eager to develop skills in client management, sales, and print production. You’ll work closely with an experienced team to support a client base of web-to-print, commercial print and marketing print customers, maintaining current sales levels whilst developing key relationships through effective account management.
As our new Account Executive, you will seek out new opportunities for business and sell multi-platform print and design solutions to a wide range of clients. You’ll also provide a warm customer welcome, along with regular, reliable communication which encourages customers to see Print Evolved’s group of companies as an extension of their department / company. This position plays a pivotal role in preserving and enhancing our clients' brand image while delivering creative solutions that align with their values so a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional results is a must, making a meaningful impact on every project we undertake.
* This role offers a competitive performance-based commission structure, in addition to the stated base salary.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
Collaborate closely with clients to ensure their brand identity is maintained consistently across all projects
Secure and process orders, following up on project timelines
Liaise with internal production teams and external suppliers to facilitate accurate and timely delivery of print jobs
Support the development of new business by initiating contact with potential new clients, showcasing our company's value proposition and building meaningful relationships
Contribute ideas to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience in a similar role within the Print industry would be significantly advantageous
Proven experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications
Strong interpersonal skills: Friendly, confident, and able to build rapport with new and existing clients
A strong communicator with outstanding customer service skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, working towards targets and KPIs
Eager to learn about print processes to deliver the best and most efficient print solutions (training provided)
