About the Role
As our Business Development, you’ll drive growth across the Service & Government verticals, owning the full sales cycle from proactive prospecting through to closing high‑value commercial outcomes. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored solutions that create genuine customer value.
What You’ll Do
Drive all medium and enterprise sales activity within the Service & Government sectors to achieve annual revenue targets.
Achieve all individual KPIs across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics.
Generate and convert outbound sales opportunities, including targeted Account-Based Experience (ABX) campaigns.
Build and lead strong relationships with key Service & Government partners and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, customer-focused sales solutions.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years of proven sales experience with consistent KPI achievement.
Strong track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
Experience working with Service or Government customers.
Exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.
High attention to detail and urgency in driving sales outcomes.
