Key Responsibilities:
• Clearing and Streamlining Accounting Backlogs:
• Assist in data entry, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Financial Record Maintenance:
• Support the accounts team in recording purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries in Tally Prime.
• Help in bank reconciliations and cross-checking ledger balances.
• Compliance and Organization:
• Assist in GST, TDS, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of invoices, challans, and vouchers.
• Ad-Hoc Support:
• Provide support to the accounts team for ongoing work.
Requirements:
• Skills and Knowledge:
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Tally Prime must.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Personal Qualities:
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
