Your New Role
As an Account Manager - Commercial HVAC, you will drive revenue growth within the commercial HVAC segment, reporting to the State Commercial Manager. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with builders, architects, mechanical contractors, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and enhance market share
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with the company's core product range of grilles, ducts, fittings, and controls
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will require:
A minimum of 2 years of proven commercial HVAC sales experience or relevant technical sales experience in the B2B sector
Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly in commercial and industrial applications
A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle complex sales discussions
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building
