SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Accounting Manager will be Responsible for auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling, processing payments, following and recording invoices and receipts, including tax calculation, and preparing tax returns for filing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Daily accounting records.
· Record all daily sales, purchases, payments, and receipts accurately using Tally Prime or Optigo.
· Maintain and reconcile ledgers, journals, and cash books on a day-to-day basis.
· Generate GST-Compliant invoices and manage TDS deductions and tax filing within the software.
· Perform regular bank statement reconciliation to ensure book accuracy.
· Reviewing incoming and outgoing invoices.
· Create and manage daily paperwork for mailing as well as invoicing.
· Contact clients to update them about balance payments.
· Monitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports.
· Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries.
· Experience in inventory management and maintaining stock records via Tally or Optigo
· Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
· Prepare and submit tax forms and their filings

· Assist the Senior Accountant in preparing documents for and establishing a yearly budget
· Coordinate with auditors for internal & external audits
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
· Ensure Compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
· Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Educational Background: B.Com or equivalent qualification
· Good knowledge of Tally & Optigo and ready to learn new software
· Experience: At least 3-5 years in the direct field.
· Knowledge: Accounting regulations, Procedures, GAAP, and Principles.
· Good knowledge of Income Tax, GST, & Other compliance requirements.
· Skill: Microsoft Excel and other accounting software, Analysis, Accurate.
· Attitude: Responsible, Pressure Tolerance, Punctual, Proactive, Prudent.
· Good Communication Skills in English (both written and verbal)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· The Ability to communicate orally with other co-workers, both individually and in front of a group is crucial. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential.

· Sitting for extended periods is common.
· Hearing, vision, and speaking within normal ranges are essential for normal conversations, receiving ordinary information, and performing the essential duties.
· Able to understand and utilize financial reports and legal documents to conduct business

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
