Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with clients, guiding them through the onboarding process, coordinating ad performance, and ensuring seamless task management and execution within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding:
Connect with new clients and guide them through the onboarding process.
Ensure all necessary documentation and information are collected and processed efficiently.
Provide clients with a clear understanding of our services and processes.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and updates.
Provide clients with performance reports and insights on their marketing campaigns.
Ad Performance Coordination:
Monitor and analyze ad performance data to ensure campaigns are meeting client goals.
Coordinate with clients to discuss campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Work closely with the creative and technical teams to optimize ad campaigns.
Task Management:
Coordinate with the internal team to assign tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
Monitor task progress and provide updates to clients and management.
Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the execution of tasks.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless workflow and timely completion of projects.
Provide clear and concise instructions to team members and facilitate effective communication.
Support team members in achieving their goals and meeting client expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
