We believe in the power of strong customer relationships, and we're looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team on a maternity cover fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you'll be an essential part of our team, working closely with our Account Directors and high-value customers to ensure their success. Your responsibilities will include:
Data-Driven Sales: Actively turn data into sales information to identify opportunities for growth and retention.
Sales Support: Provide clients with superior sales packs and presentations to showcase the value of our products.
Customer Engagement: Work with recurring customers on their bookings and handle sales conversations via phone to enhance the customer experience.
Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships and revenues with our high-value customers.
To be successful in this role, you should:
Have a sound knowledge of effective sales calls or meeting structures.
Excel in building trust-based, business-focused relationships with decision-makers and key influencers.
Project a positive and professional image of Stuff in all interactions.
Possess strong organisational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Understand CRM systems.
Have a good understanding of digital marketing.
