Job description
Position: RMO (Resident Medical Officer)

Location: Bhaupura, Kadi, Gujarat

Hospital Type: Multispeciality Hospital

Qualification: MBBS/BAMS/BHMS

Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years

Salary: 20 to 40kpm

Duty Hours: * Hours

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient consultations including history taking, examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Prescribe medications and therapies based on diagnosis and medical guidelines relevant to allopathic, homeopathic, or ayurvedic practices.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide preventive healthcare advice and promote health awareness among patients.
Handle emergency cases and provide first-line treatment when required.
Coordinate with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and legal regulations.
Participate in health camps, outreach programs, and community initiatives when required.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control practices in the workplace.
