Roles:-
-Manage and mentor team of recruiters
- Build team productivity by implementing targeted strategies to build candidate pool.
-Hands on with Technical and Strategic / Leadership hiring
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
- Oversee every candidate submission to each client opening, verifying fit, both technically and regarding candidate’s interest in the position
- Identify new business opportunities and responsible for CRM activities, Post sales activities.
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Acting as a Key Account Manager.
- Grow existing accounts and maintain its profitability.
