About the Role:
You will be the key liaison for our clients, ensuring their digital marketing goals are met. From social media and content to PPC campaigns, you’ll plan, coordinate, and execute strategies alongside our internal teams — delivering high-quality results on time and on brief.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Develop and manage digital campaigns across social, content, and paid channels.
• Liaise with creative, design, and performance teams to drive seamless execution.
• Present progress updates, campaign insights, and new ideas to clients.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention.
What We’re Looking For:
• 4-8 years of account management or digital marketing agency experience.
• Strong understanding of social media, PPC, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Experience working with international clients is a plus.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
