Purpose & Role:
The Enterprise Account Manager plays a pivotal role in our organisation, focusing on new account development within the MSME & Enterprise Sales segment. This role entails a deep understanding of the cloud telephony/telecom industry and requires the enhancement and development of products and services offered to both new and existing customers.
Skills/ Knowledge:
We are looking for highly motivated candidates with a proven track record in selling Network and IT Solutions. Candidates with experience in Cloud solutions, Data Center Hosting services, Managed (Enterprise IP) Voice, Security solutions, Managed infrastructure services, System integration services, and Applications will be well-suited for this position. A solution/services selling mindset is essential.
Responsibilities:
1. New Business Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities for end-to-end telecom and connectivity needs within the MSME/Enterprise Segment.
2. Account Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to identify opportunities for new products/services and enhance existing infrastructure for additional revenue.
3. Customer Retention: Maintain and increase business from existing customers by ensuring excellent service and support.
4. Sales Process Adherence: Adhere to defined sales processes and actively contribute to the growth of the sales funnel in alignment with organisational growth plans.
5. Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer champion internally, collaborating with various teams to ensure quality solutions, timely delivery, and top-class support.
6. Market Insights: Report sales data, competition information, and market trends as required to stay competitive and informed.
7. Account Mapping: Map accounts and cultivate strong working relationships with clients to drive repeat and continuous business.
8. Engagement with Decision Makers: Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with MDs, CTOs, CXOs, and deliver product demonstrations as needed.
+. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and in-person meetings.
10. Partner Engagement: Onboard and maintain active partnerships and resellers within specific areas/territories to enhance customer acquisition efforts.
11. Event Participation: Organise and participate in theme-based events as part of the new customer acquisition strategy in the telecom industry.
12. Compliance: Regularly report all sales activities and operate within the company's compliance framework.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
● Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, Corporate Sales, Enterprise Sales, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, and Account Mapping
● Excellent communication skills
● Strong team player
