Your role:
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Account Manager to join our Fosroc department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts within the waterproofing industry. The role will focus primarily on maintaining large accounts. You will play a crucial role in both nurturing existing relationships and driving growth within your accounts, with the goal of delivering exceptional service and supporting the ongoing success of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in account management. You will be working within a highly technical department, which requires a nuanced understanding of the industry and the ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts in the waterproofing industry
Focus on both maintaining existing accounts and identifying opportunities for growth within the assigned portfolio.
Ensure the primary geographic focus is Metro Perth, with approximately 90% of the business located in this area, and the remaining 10% in WA.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and the successful delivery of customer-specific solutions.

Strong sales, negotiation, and strategic skills with a focus on achieving long-term business growth.
Exceptional project management abilities, with experience handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong market analysis skills, with the ability to translate trends into actionable strategies.
Adaptable and open to new challenges and evolving business directions.
