About The Role
Located in Miami, FL
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Event Marketing Assistant to be the front line of our brand experiences. This is a customer-facing role where your energy, communication skills, and ability to connect with others will shine.
As an Event Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in turning brand campaigns into real-life interactions. You’ll be on-site at live events, engaging with attendees, answering questions, showcasing products, and building excitement. Your work will directly impact brand perception, customer engagement, and sales results.
What You’ll Do
• Represent the brand at live events, retail activations, and community pop-ups.
• Approach and engage attendees in a friendly, approachable way.
• Share brand messaging, product details, and key talking points with confidence.
• Deliver mini-presentations and demos that make complex ideas simple and exciting.
• Gather feedback and insights from event attendees to help shape future campaigns.
• Drive customer sign-ups, purchases, and engagement on-site.
• Assist with event set-up, booth presentation, and breakdown to ensure a polished look.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to track event performance, leads, and impact.
