Account Manager – Waste Management
Location: Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid)

Job Summary:
RICI Contracting is hiring an ambitious Account Manager – Waste Services to lead sales of our waste division offerings: Roll off (14, 20, 40-yard) and Front end (2,4,6,8yd) bins.
Your clients will be general contractors, property managers, business owner and construction firms. The ideal candidate has grit, hustle, and a proven ability to sell high-volume recurring services.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and close waste service accounts across construction and commercial sectors
Generate and respond to inbound leads, issue quotes, and follow up until close
Build long-term client relationships for repeat rental and cleanout business
Collaborate with operations to ensure reliable, on-time service
Track activities and opportunities using CRM
Hit monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Qualifications:
2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction or waste services
Experience selling to contractors or property managers is a strong asset
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Strong work ethic and “hunter” mentality
Valid G license
Compensation:
Base Salary: $50,000–$70,000
Commission: 2% of new revenue
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,004.15-$94,193.19 per year
Additional pay:
Bonus pay
Commission pay
