About the Role:
• Lead brand strategy and integrated marketing planning for key client accounts.
• Translate business objectives into insight-led marketing and communication strategies.
• Drive consumer, market, and competitor research to uncover actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative, media, tech, and account teams to build impactful campaigns.
• Guide strategic direction across brand positioning, launches, and growth initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization for better business impact.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and mentor junior strategists.
Experience Required:
• 4–5 years of experience in account planning, brand strategy, or integrated marketing.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, research, and data-driven marketing.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills.
