Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Industry : IT / ITES / Software Services / SaaS
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
What are we looking for
4–6 years of professional accounting experience, with hands-on ownership of end-to-end accounting processes Demonstrated experience in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures Experience with regulatory reporting and tax filings, preferably in a fintech, banking, or financial services environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel — comfortable handling large datasets (thousands of rows), pivot tables, and intermediate formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems Strong data organisation and analytical skills with a high commitment to accuracy A self-starter who can ask the right questions, learn specific workflows, and take full ownership of assigned processes Proactive communicator who works collaboratively in a small, dynamic finance team
