Key Responsibilities
Perform monthly bank reconciliations for Investment LLCs and Trust accounts.
Prepare capital calls, distributions, and wires as needed.
Prepare donation checks from nonprofits.
Maintain Member/Partner Capital Account allocations and IRR calculations.
Assist with numerous household payrolls as needed.
Oversee various ad hoc projects.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of Public/Private Accounting experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
K-1 experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organized.
Excellent communication skills.
Desired Skills
CPA certification.
Capital Call experience.
Knowledge of Accounting software (QuickBooks, Quicken, Asset Vantage).
