Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
• 3–4 years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience with Microsoft Access or Tableau is a significant plus
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger maintenance and GAAP compliance
• Experience with AP/AR management, monthly/quarterly/year-end close processes, and audits
• Proficiency with accounting software (Oracle Hyperion) and ERP systems (LN, SAP)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
• Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting-related matters
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting operations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as needed
